Play a game of soccer on the large, grass covered fields, enjoy a game of tennis on the newly renovated court, try your hand at a game of horseshoes, or relax in a Muskoka chair while you watch the kids play on the hard packed sand beach. With easy boating access to all of Lake Rosseau and only minutes to access Lake Joseph and Lake Muskoka you can take your family on a cruise of the lakes or head to town to do some shopping. A designated boat slip comes with the cottage so you can bring your own or rented boat.

When not spending your time on the large, oversized deck overlooking the grounds and waterfront you will be spending your time in the beautiful and spacious Muskoka room. The updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, built in wine fridge, island breakfast bar, and skylights makes cooking a pleasant experience. Muskoka Cottages by Marlene is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. With the abundant uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic situation moving into 2024, we have adjusted our regular Payment and Cancellation Policies. These 2024 updated policies provide a level of flexibility in both timeline commitments and payment obligations
50% deposit of a reservation is due within 14 days of a booking request being approved by the Manager, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (vs. usual payment policy of 60 days prior).
30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation.
A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning and Linen Fees, less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.
