This private waterfront property features mature trees and gently sloped ground to the natural waterfront. Lots of space for the kids to run and play! Enjoy using the back yard for games or lounge in one of the many relaxing Muskoka chairs and enjoy the beautiful waterfront views. Rent a motorboat at a nearby marina and park it at your private dock or bring your own Kayaks and explore the Moon River in all its wonder. In the evening, toast marshmallows over the lakeside campfire as you stargaze and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The main room offers open concept living allowing you to enjoy a view of Muskoka from every angle. Enjoy cooking in the updated and fully stocked kitchen while entertaining your guests who sit at the marble Island. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast table before heading outside for a swim or to play ping pong. The sitting area boasts a lovely view overlooking the waterfront and features comfortable leather sofa and chairs, a wood burning fireplace and flat screen tv.
The dining room offers a large wood table that is perfect for hosting, comfortably seating 8-10. There is a convenient walk-out to the front deck, where you will find a propane grill and outdoor dining table and chairs. The lakeside deck runs along the entire front of the cottage offering you views of the waterfront.
All bed linen and bath towels provided; beds and pillows have protection covers. Bring your own beach towels!

Muskoka Cottages by Marlene is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. With the abundant uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic situation moving into 2024, we have adjusted our regular Payment and Cancellation Policies. These 2024 updated policies provide a level of flexibility in both timeline commitments and payment obligations.
50% deposit of a reservation is due upon booking request being approved by the Manager, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (vs. usual payment policy of 60 days prior).
30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation.
A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning and Linen Fees, less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.
