The Property
This beautiful East facing property sits perched atop the lovely and natural Canadian Shield that gently slopes down to the water’s edge. Surrounded by mature forests and with 200 feet of frontage you feel ensconced in nature and tucked away from the world in your own private retreat. Relish your time in the lovely deep water off the end of the dock that makes for the perfect swimming experience or unwind on the large deck overlooking the natural splendour of the landscape and lake.
The Cottage
This cottage is spacious, comfortable and bright! The floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring cathedral ceilings of the great room invite the natural beauty of Muskoka right into the cottage for your enjoyment. The tastefully decorated living room is at the heart of the cottage where you can take in the views or cuddle up next to the prominent stone fireplace. Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the large, fully stocked kitchen and open concept dining room with walk out to the waterside deck and BBQ.
The three bedrooms on the main floor give you and your guests plenty of space to spread out and have your own space while the sunlit and roomy loft provides an extra bedroom/office or play area for the kids.

2023 Policies
Muskoka Cottages by Marlene is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. With the abundant uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic situation moving into 2023, we have adjusted our regular Payment and Cancellation Policies. These 2023 updated policies provide a level of flexibility in both timeline commitments and payment obligations.
Payment Policy
50% deposit of a reservation is due within 14 days of a booking request being approved by the Manager, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (vs. usual payment policy of 60 days prior).
Cancellation Policy
30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation.
- A Renter wishing to cancel a reservation will have his/her deposit (less 5% booking fee) refunded.
- A Renter wishing to firm up reservation will be sent a secure link to make his/her balance payment.
A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning and Linen Fees, less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.
