The Camp is located on beautiful Lake Muskoka in Gravenhurst, Ontario, just 1 ½ hours north of Toronto. Enjoy all that the area has to offer: shopping, casual and fine dining, farmers markets, craft breweries, world class golf and much much more!
The Camp is an incredibly unique and versatile year-round 4,000 square foot cottage privately situated on 10 beautiful acres of forest and rolling meadows on the shores of Brydon Bay on Lake Muskoka.
Follow the path to the beach, across the small cottage laneway, to the 200-foot lakefront boasting a one-of-a-kind private beach, complete with a fire pit for campfires under the starry Muskoka night skies. Relax in the Muskoka chairs or loungers at the lakefront and enjoy stunning sunsets over the bay! There is an abundance of water toys to enjoy during those lazy summer days: canoes, kayaks, SUP’s, a lily pad, noodles.
Enjoy a volleyball game or tetherball on the expansive green space. Alternatively, enjoy the soothing tranquility and peacefulness outside with yoga or meditation. The sensationally huge deck out back of the cottage provides the perfect place to socialize in the great outdoors!
Originally a Boys Brigade Camp in the 1960’s, this entire cottage has been completely and lovingly restored and renovated, with stylish attention to every detail. You even get a little bit of the original “camp” feel in certain rooms, especially the large 6pc bathroom! So fun!
With a bright spacious open concept design, and seating for 20, the living room combines beauty and function. This spectacular space has many features: One set of oversized sofas around a coffee table has stunning views with 3 sets of French doors. Cozy up in the sofas around the gas fireplace. There’s a fantastic musical space, complete with piano/guitar and floor cushions. The sensational entertainment space features more comfortable seating and a flat screen TV (Smart TV for laptop hookup, DVD, or Netflix connection; blue tooth music)
The expansive gourmet kitchen has been updated with granite, an island and all the modern conveniences – lots of room for everyone for a cooking class! There are two new gas stoves and two new refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave. The dining area, complete with coffee station, seats up to 20 people at 2 beautifully crafted wooden tables.
Rounding out the main floor is the air-conditioned bedroom wing which has two exquisite bedrooms, a 3pc bathroom and the large renovated fun 6pc “camp” bathroom (2 toilet stalls, 2 shower stalls, 2 sinks).
The air-conditioned upper level boasts 5 more exquisitely designed bedrooms (details below), a stylish chic 3pc bathroom with glass enclosed shower, and a 2pc powder room.
All bed linen and bath towels provided; beds and pillows have protection covers. Bring your own beach towels!

Muskoka Cottages by Marlene is committed to providing all our Guests and Cottage Owners a safe and responsible rental experience. With the abundant uncertainties around the Covid-19 pandemic situation moving into 2021, we have adjusted our regular Payment and Cancellation Policies. These 2021 updated policies provide a level of flexibility in both timeline commitments and payment obligations.
50% deposit of a reservation is due once a booking request has been approved by the Manager, with the balance due 30 days prior to Arrival Date (vs. usual payment policy of 60 days prior).
30 days prior to Arrival Date, the Manager will email Renter requesting confirmation of reservation.
A Renter cancelling 1-29 days before Arrival Date will forfeit 100% of the Rental Fee and the 5% booking fee. If the Property is able to be re-booked for the same rental period, 100% of the Rental and Cleaning and Linen Fees, less a $250 Administration Fee and the 5% booking fee, will be refunded to Renter.
An Owner/Manager reserves the right to cancel a Rental Agreement at any time, at which point all payments will be refunded to Renter.
Should the Property not be available due to COVID-19 safety measures, or Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), all payments will be refunded to Renter.
